Signature Remix

Experience a well-balanced pilates class that utilizes up to 4 pilates apparatuses. Our dynamic pilates class incorporates expansive movements while building a slow burn. Whether you're a pilates lover, or new to the practice, everyone is capable of a fulfilling workout.

Ultimate Glute & Abs

Let's wake up your glutes with a focus on posture alignment and proper engagement. We'll kick things off with heating up the abs and waking up the core using props. As we move through class we'll hone into our glute workout while being anchored by our core strength.

Burn Remix

Turn it up a notch and challenge your pilates skills. You'll leave this class breaking a sweat but feeling strong! We'll be focusing on longer holds and more reps with different spring tension. This class is built to push you out of your comfort zone and conquer new heights.

Reset Remix

In our extended 75 minute class we will give our bodies a relaxing, low-impact workout. We'll focus on breath work, dynamic mobility, and deep stretching to give our bodies the love it needs to recover.  

Jumpboard

This cardio, lower body focused workout is sure to have you breaking a sweat, and jumping! This class will help to strengthen your legs, glutes, and abs! Need to complete at least 5 Remix classes before taking Jumpboard class.
