Remix Class

Remix, our signature workout, is the ultimate burn. This (45 minutes) 4 in 1 class is tailored to all levels. If you're looking to experience all of the apparatus in one class, remix will be sure to shake up your workout!

Six Pack Abs Camp

Six Pack Abs Here you come! This (45 minutes) class uses the bumpy ball, reformer, magic circle, If your looking for variety, this is your class! Each class is different every time. We always focus on your full abs and breathing with some upper body focus!

Jumpboard Camp

This cardio, lower body focused workout is sure to have you breaking a sweat, and jumping! This class will help to strengthen your legs, glutes, and abs! Need to complete at least 5 Remix classes before taking Jumpboard class!

Ultimate Glute

Wake up your Glutes, with this (45 minutes) Maximum Burning Class! We focus on posture alignment and correct engagement of the glutes. We will kick things off with heating up the abs and waking up the core using the bands and then we will get right into using the tower, reformer, and long strap for the ultimate glute burn.
