When you take a step into our studio, you’ll drop your shoulders and exhale your worries. Taking a pilates class here is dedicated time to connect your mind & body.

 

To strengthen, ground, and honor yourself. 

 

Our staff & community prides itself on creating a welcoming and warm space where all feel empowered to improve their wellness. While the classes are designed to challenge you, they’re not meant to be impossible. 

 

If you’re coming back from a surgery, recovering from an injury, or just feel too sore one day, we’re always here to provide adjustments & corrections. Pilates should allow anyone the ability to have a positive workout without the pressure to overwork our bodies. It’s about balancing progress through the peaks and valleys of our lives.

From: Originally China, now based in Brooklyn, New York
Hobbies: I love reading, traveling, and getting inspired by different cultures and stories.
Teaching style: My teaching style is mindful, precise, and empowering. I focus on helping clients build deep body awareness and strength through clear guidance and intentional movement.
Favorite class: Remix Class — it combines both the Cadillac and Reformer for a full-body experience. It’s never boring, always challenging, and super effective.
