    A Positive, Open Attitude. The Pilates Method can be challenging and humbling. We encourage you to listen to your body and your instructor. Grip Socks. These MANDATORY for class. Wearing socks ensures the cleanest surfaces on the machine and floor. They keep everything clean and let you safely practice movements with stability. If you forget yours, we have them for purchase. They are $9.99 plus sales tax. Hydration. We sell bottled water and coconut water. We do not have water fountains available at our locations.
  • When to Arrive?
    Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled class start time.  We have a ZERO-minute late policy.
  • What to Expect ?
    Come prepared for a challenging and rewarding workout, ready to wake up and work some long-forgotten muscles and get a great sweat—likely more than you’d expect!
